Here’s the deal :: Our L enten Weekend Workshop Card entitles you to attend all of our Lenten Workshops for the cost of €100 :: This great value deal applies to all Lenten workshops between 28 February and 6 April inclusive ~ You can attend any specified Friday, Saturday & Sunday Lenten Workshop.
Workshops are open to all ~ Go on …. do something positive for lent.
Baby Massage Classes

Infant massage provides a wonderful opportunity for parents and caregivers to bond with their young babies and benefits your baby in the following ways, relaxation, relief of gas and colic, stimulation, bonding and communication for parents and caregivers. Cost : €100 for term of 5 classes ; Cost of course covered by Private Health Insurance.
Mary Costello is an I.A.I.M certified baby massage instructor with years of experience
All mothers (8 weeks after birth) are welcome.
Combined Card available with Mother & Baby Yoga Classes.

Intro2Yoga Classes
Specially designed for those completely new to yoga or returning after a long break, these introductory terms cover yoga basics to introduce you to the full suite of introductory yoga asana (poses). Sign up for 8 weeks and your card is valid for 12 weeks so if you miss a week in the course you can validly make it up at the end.
Intro courses run on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Evenings. Email info@iyengaryogacentre.com to enroll.
There may be some space in on-going classes but we recommend you start at term start if at all possible.
Next course starts on Thursday, 16th February at 7:20pm
and other start dates in the future are:
Tuesday, 28th February at 6pm
Wednesday, 14th March at 6:15pm
Monday, 26th March at 7:55pm
Thursday, 12th April at 7:20pm

Summer Solstice Sun Salute
Thanks to all who took part in our charity event in aid of SolarAid on the Summer Solstice 21st June at 7:30pm ... at the fab outdoor venue : Great Western Square - just off North Circular Road. Open Thursdays in January 2011
For each Thursday in January iYOGA was an open studio when all were welcomed to attend our evenings of information and exploration of yoga and related therapies/disciplines. The sucessful series showed DVDs on yoga, hosted taster evenings on alternative therapies, held discussions on the deeper benefits of yoga and meditation (with Ger Murphy) and closed out with a celebration and demo of yoga . So thanks to all who attended, supported and took part on these evenings.... more to follow so watch this space :)
